Ryan joined in 2023 as Global Chief Financial Officer, bringing extensive experience in building and leading finance functions. Prior to Accel, he held finance and operational leadership roles at TPG, following his time in PwC’s M&A and management consulting practice. He is from the Greater Toronto Area and studied at McGill University, HEC Paris, and UCLA.

What’s your go-to productivity hack?
Getting up at 4:30 every morning. The downside is I’m usually in bed before my 4-year-old. Or I pass out beside him.
What would you do with an hour of unexpected free time?
With an hour of free time, I’d either get a workout or run in, or catch up on the news – pretty boring, I know.
What's something people are surprised to learn about you?
People are usually surprised to learn I’m Canadian, and even more surprised that I’m a big fan of ketchup chips – yes, they’re a real thing. And they're delicious.

I don't use emojis – except maybe a thumbs up every now and then.
