Graham joined in 2020 and focuses on consumer, enterprise, and security businesses. Prior to Accel, he worked at Deutsche Bank in the TMT investment banking group. He’s from Minnesota and graduated from the University of Arizona.

What was your first job?
My first job was landscaping in Minnesota during the summer. My boss would show up to a site, draw out all the work that needed to be done, and say, “make it look sweet.” There's something therapeutic about making a worn-down backyard look sweet.
What’s the most impactful piece of advice you’ve received?
My old basketball coach, Ken Novak, always said, “It’s simple, but it isn’t easy.” It’s easy to fall into the trap of overcomplicating things or taking shortcuts to get to where you want to be. But in reality, lot of it comes down to showing up and putting in the effort.
What is one thing you can’t live without?
YouTube. It’s an oldie but a goodie. There’s nothing better than replacing a left tail light because someone in the middle of Kansas took 15 minutes out of their day to walk through it step by step. It’s an endless abyss of amazing content.
