Sanjay joined in 2023 and focuses on AI, cloud/SaaS, and fintech businesses. Prior to Accel, he was at Eight Roads where he oversaw growth investments. He was previously an Associate Consultant in the Private Equity Group at Bain & Company. Sanjay graduated from IIT Bombay.

What would you do with an hour of unexpected free time?
Getting a free hour is the rarest of luxuries. I would continue writing my poems or find some impeccable pieces of clothing.
If you could have any superpower what would it be?
Teleportation, without a doubt! I love traveling, and being able to jump from one corner of the world to another in seconds would be a dream. No more airports or delays just instant adventures and meetings, right on time!
Who most inspires you?
Having a great team! I thrive on the energy of collaboration and bouncing ideas off each other. It's like we're a high-performing Avengers squad, but instead of fighting bad guys, we're solving business challenges (though, sometimes, that feels just as heroic).
