Jaspreet joined in 2013 and oversees financial reporting, valuations, tax, and accounting. Before Accel, he gained valuable experience in the Alternative Asset Management industry while working at KPMG. He’s from California and graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California.

What was your first job?
I worked at my parents' convenience store, where I gained a strong work ethic (you can't clock out when your boss is also your parent), mastered the art of people skills (including smiling through 'the customer is always right'), learned to manage inventory and cash like a pro accountant, and honed my multitasking abilities—because restocking shelves while making change and explaining why the Slurpee machine is still not fixed is not for the faint-hearted.
What’s the most impactful piece of advice you’ve received?
'Enter to learn, leave to serve,’ prominently displayed above every classroom at the college I attended. It serves as a powerful reminder that acquiring knowledge and skills isn’t solely for personal achievement—it’s about using them to contribute meaningfully to the success of the team.
What’s your go-to productivity hack?
Going for a walk. Sometimes a break is the best way to recharge.
