Chandler joined in 2024 and focuses on enterprise software and infrastructure technology companies. Prior to Accel, he worked at JMI Equity where he where he helped source and execute growth-stage investments. He’s from Northern California and graduated from Brigham Young University.
Get to know Chandler
What was your first job?
To get ourselves through college, my brother and I franchised a mold remediation business (yes, we cleaned up mold). While it was dirty work, I had a ton of fun learning how to run a small business while driving around town with my brother in our bright blue box truck.
What's something people are surprised to learn about you?
After my freshman year of college, I spent two years as a humanitarian volunteer across Southeast Asia (Singapore/Malaysia) and the Pacific Islands (Guam, Saipan, Micronesia). I was on the island of Saipan (unintentionally) during Typhoon Yutu where I found myself spending the next 9 months helping coordinate relief efforts and rebuilding homes alongside FEMA and the Red Cross.
What would you do with an hour of unexpected free time?
I’d like to say you’d find me running out to play a quick 9, catch a few waves, or hit the slopes for a few quick runs (all of which are things I love to do) but realistically you’ll find me taking a quick power nap on the couch.
