Kinga joined in 2021 and focuses on portfolio business operations by creating scalable resources, fostering connections within the portfolio, and offering 1:1 go-to-market support for early-stage companies. Prior to Accel, she worked at Google Cloud and Hardware in various operational roles across the US and Europe. She's originally from Poland and graduated from the Rotterdam School of Management.

What was your first job?
I used to be a private Spanish tutor during my studies. I fell in love with the language when I was 10, and helping others master a new skill seemed like a very rewarding adventure!
What is one thing you can’t live without?
A cup of tea…well, probably five a day. I’m in the camp of ‘there is no problem a cup of tea cannot solve’. Whether I’m sick, tired, or just need to talk through a problem – it’s always with a cup of tea in my hand!
If you could master any skill instantly?
I'd learn how to fly! It's exciting, and you get to see the world from a different perspective.
