Rashi joined Accel in January 2019 and is the Partner, People Practice.
Over the last two decades, Rashi has focused on the "Human" aspect of Human Resources. She is a business major from IIMB, a trained psychological counselor, and a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach.
Prior to Accel, Rashi worked with Internet product companies like SlideShare, LinkedIn, and Qubole.
