Holly joined the team London in 2018 and is VP, Ecosystem and Portfolio Development. She focuses on uncovering future entrepreneurs, as well as nurturing Accel's network in Europe and supporting portfolio companies as they scale. Prior to Accel, Holly was Director, Ecosystem Development at Anthemis Group, a leading early-stage fintech-focused VC fund. She started her career at Blackwood Group, a boutique search and advisory firm assisting both public and private equity-backed clients within the tech and media sectors. She’s from the South of England and graduated from the University of Bristol.
