About Carlo
Carlo joined in 2024 and focuses on cloud, AI, and cybersecurity. Most recently, he was at Hedosophia where he covered software investing. He’s no stranger to Accel as he worked with the team in London from 2018 to 2023. Prior to this, Carlo was at Anthemis Group. He graduated from Bocconi University and the Rotterdam School of Management.

What’s your favourite invention or innovation?
Artificial intelligence. AI has transformative potential across industries, enhancing efficiency, creativity, and problem-solving. It continuously evolves, offering innovative solutions to complex challenges in ways that were once unimaginable.
If you could master any skill instantly?
Playing guitar. I've always admired how it can bring people together and create unforgettable moments. Being able to pick up a guitar and play my favourite songs by Eric Clapton is something that is a lifelong dream of mine!
Who most inspires you?
Entrepreneurs. I am inspired by their relentless drive to turn ideas into reality despite uncertainty and challenges. Their passion for innovation and ability to create something from nothing motivates me to push boundaries and pursue my own goals with determination.
