What’s your favorite invention or innovation?
It's sort of even hard to remember what SF was like pre-ridesharing, that's how game-changing Uber has been. A remarkable marriage of software orchestration and physical infrastructure at a global scale. I'm a very happy DAU.
Who most inspires you?
Anyone who knows me, knows about the Accel Scholars program, a community of exceptional, startup-minded Cal Berkeley students and grads. In addition to keeping me artificially gen-z relevant, its original stated purpose, it’s become a permanent source of inspiration and optimism for me. The kids are, in fact, alright.
What’s your go-to productivity hack?
Fly United. The wifi never works, so you tend to have lots of uninterrupted focus time for deep work. Note: this hack may no longer work after they switch over to Starlink.
